“WHO CALLED YOU OUT!”

 1 Peter 2:9-10                 (ESV)

“[9] But you are A CHOSEN RACE, a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of HIM “WHO CALLED YOU OUT” OF DARKNESS INTO HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT. [10] Once YOU WERE NOT a people, but now YOU ARE GOD’S PEOPLE; once YOU HAD NOT received mercy, BUT NOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MERCY.”

The word “Delineating” is meant “to describe, portray, or set forth with accuracy or in detail.”  Basically, if there is ANY ERROR in the “makeup” of something, it MUST BE identified!  

The Apostle Peter wrote in the passage above to the “elect exiles” (1 Peter 1:1) WORDS that are meant for WE WHO BELIEVE!  I observed a video recently where the formulator was saying that human cancer was destroyed by T-cells in a human body, OVER A PERIOD OF TIME!!!  ALMIGHTY GOD, QUIETLY and WITHOUT ERROR, SLOWED me down in July 2007 to accomplish HIS PLAN for my life.  Observing this “miracle” has taken a lifetime….SO FAR….., and it is continuing!!!

OUR CREATOR is NOT limited by time nor imagination!  I have always been more “interested” in acknowledging HIS SOVEREIGNTY when something happens VERY QUICKLY!  But don’t you imagine that Lazarus (John 11:1-44) would have been “just another miracle” had JESUS “ran” to the tomb and brought him back to life???  Instead JESUS waited “until the appropriate time” before raising Lazarus from the dead!!!  Although people who were LOVED by JESUS “had to wait”, the fact that HE WAS LORD didn’t change over a few days!!!  JESUS IS LORD!!!

The FACT that HIM “WHO CALLED YOU OUT” waited until I was in my latter teens to cause me to be DRAWN to HIM shouldn’t be alarming!  HE PROVED almost 30 years later that HE wasn’t swayed by a few years, or even a few decades, to accomplish HIS PLAN!  HE is THE ONE “WHO CALLED YOU OUT” and HE WORKS according to HIS PLAN, not according to this mortal beings desires!!!
