“I WILL NOT FORGET YOU!”

 Isaiah 49:14-16                         (ESV)

    “[14] But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me;

        my LORD has forgotten me.”

    [15] “Can a woman forget her nursing child,

        that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb?

    Even these may forget,

        yet “I WILL NOT FORGET YOU.”

     [16] Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of MY hands;

        your walls are continually before ME.”

REMEMBERING the promises that we have made to our CREATOR is something that humans do with shocking frequency. The times that I have said that I would never travel a road again are too many to count.  

Yet HIS PROMISES are not to be taken lightly! THE LORD said “I WILL NOT FORGET YOU”, even though these may forget, in the Scripture above!  

DON’T ever allow “the enemy” to deceive you into believing that you have been abandoned, that you are alone!  The HOLY SPIRIT “indwells” BELIEVERS (Ephesians 1:13-14) and HE DOESN’T have the possibility of FORGETTING HIS Children!  “I WILL NOT FORGET YOU” is more than a PROMISE, IT IS A GUARANTEE (Ephesians 1:14)!!!
