Today's Thoughts!

I read with great interest a couple of "Letters to the Editor" in today's local newspaper.   Both letters were well written and delivered a message that needed to be heard by ALL who love this country we call The United States of America.  

The USA was founded on the principles and doctrines of GOD ALMIGHTY!  John Adams wrote after signing the Declaration of Independence, ""We have this day restored the Sovereign to Whom all men ought to be obedient. He reigns in heaven and from the rising to the setting of the sun, let His kingdom come."  

How one can deny the purpose or intent of that statement confounds me!
