"FREEDOM!"

Proverbs 16:4 (KJV) "The LORD hath made all things for HIMSELF: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil." No one gets more frustrated than I at the corruption and ungodliness present in our world today. But I need to keep my focus on who is in control of what is going on. Moses was leading the Children of Israel from Egyptian captivity to the Promised Land. The Children of Israel were following his lead, but were griping and complaining all the while. The Egyptians had been providing basic food and water for them, but NO FREEDOM! In Exodus 14:8 scripture records "And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand." The LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart to cause a chase of the children of Israel. The LORD gained "Honour" over Pharaoh and his army that day (Exodus 14:4). No matter the circumstances presented in your life, GOD is still in control. GOD brings "FREEDOM" from captivity! You can wander in the wilderness for forty years, or you can choose to serve HIM and watch your Pharaoh drown in the Red Sea?
