"HE WILL ACT"!!

Psalms 37:4-7                  (ESV)
"4 DELIGHT yourself in the LORD, and HE will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in HIM, and "HE WILL ACT".
6 HE will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.
7 BE STILL before the LORD and WAIT PATIENTLY for HIM; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!"

Many people are unaware that GOD put it on my heart to start an IRS approved Non-Profit called Psalms 46:10 Ministries, Inc on March 01, 2013.  The approval letter for Psalms 46:10 Ministries, Inc. was date stamped on June 06, 2014.  The funding was unavailable for assistance from an attorney or a CPA, so I had to file it with only the help of the LORD!  News accounts have IRS approval for Non-Profits taking anywhere between 20 months and 36 months with no CPA or attorney assistance.   Psalms 46:10 Ministries, Inc. was approved in just over 15 months with only GOD intervening!

Psalms 37:4 has always been a verse that I have leaned upon.  If we "Delight ourselves in the LORD" scripture says "HE will give us the desires of our hearts"!  GOD has given me a vision of what HE can bring about with Psalms 46:10 Ministries, Inc.  My problem is, I want the vision to happen now!  I want the promises of GOD, but I want them on my timetable!  The excitement of GOD doing a work in my life only intensifies when I have to wait for HIM, as HE is the ONLY ONE who can make HIS plan happen!

"BE STILL before the LORD and WAIT PATIENTLY for HIM" (verse 7) is not a suggestion on how we should live.  Psalms 46:10 calls for us to "BE STILL, and know that I AM GOD"!  If HE is GOD, then why do I want to do things in my own power and on my timeframe?  The Creator of the Universes wants to include me in HIS plans, yet I desire to have HIS Master Plan changed to fit my selfish desires!

Verse 5 above says "Commit your way to the LORD; trust in HIM, and "HE WILL ACT"!  I have looked into several translations of The BIBLE and almost all of them use the word "WILL" when referring to GOD acting to glorify HIMSELF.  My problem has always been "waiting patiently for HIM"!  "HE WILL ACT"!

FATHER GOD, I humbly pray that YOU will continue to slow my life down to realize that YOU don't operate on my timetable and that I MUST wait on YOU if I desire YOUR blessing.  Just as YOU handled the approval of Psalms 46:10 Ministries, Inc., YOU can handle the remaining details of our lives.  Remind me that "HE WILL ACT" was not inserted in YOUR WORD by accident!  "HE WILL ACT" is a promise that YOU will act according to YOUR PLAN!
