"YOU HAVE ONLY TO BE SILENT!"

Exodus 14:14                            (ESV)
"The LORD will fight for you, and "YOU HAVE ONLY TO BE SILENT."

Did you ever wonder how the Israelites must have felt standing on the banks of the Red Sea, mountains to the left, mountains to the right, the Red Sea in front of them, and what's that cloud of dust coming from behind us???  Oh, that's just the Egyptian Army!

Modern day estimates place the number of Israelites at between 2.5 and 3 Million people.  The notion that the Egyptian Army could physically man handle them all could be hard to believe.  However, the Israeli's were not known for their battle readiness and the Egyptian Army was considered the most destructive in history.  But GOD's WORD states in Exodus 14:14 Moses saying "The LORD will fight for you, and "YOU HAVE ONLY TO BE SILENT."

So many times I think I need to reply with a wise crack, or get in the final word on a matter.  My thoughts are "Surely GOD would have me tell the world what HE says is going to happen to them, if they don't change their direction"!  Indeed, sometimes HE wants me to tell them, but sometimes HE tells me "YOU HAVE ONLY TO BE SILENT."

As most people know, in 2007 I experienced a brain hemorrhage that completely interrupted my word selection, and almost my entire life.  You don't know what being out of control is until you are completely unable to communicate with your loved ones, or the medical staff attempting to save your life!  When you can't make your mouth and lips say what your mind is thinking, you tend to not want to speak because of not wanting to confuse people.  It becomes awful easy, and even enticing, to succumb to "YOU HAVE ONLY TO BE SILENT."

The WORD OF GOD contains a treasure trove of prophecy that is being played out right before our eyes, and "this world" can't "SEE" it!  My desire is to alert everyone and tell them what GOD's WORD says, but sometimes HE says HIS WORD can be read by all and "YOU HAVE ONLY TO BE SILENT"!  Judgement Day is coming my friends, and I hate to think of the people who "have an appearance of godliness, but deny the power thereof", 2 Timothy 3:5 says to "Avoid such people!!"

Sometimes "YOU HAVE ONLY TO BE SILENT" and just let GOD's Judgement happen???
